We move for strength, for mobility, for weight loss...we all know the benefits of physical movement.  What about if we dial it back and think about where the motivation for it comes from.  What if we focus not only on the physical goals we want to achieve, but the mental health aspect of the journey there.  If we enjoy movement we move more and if we do it in the best capacity for our bodies we will also feel physical benefits.  This isn’t about shifting movement to solely accommodate headspace, this is about finding the movement that works for You and allowing a role for the mental health element of your exercise journey. 


From the athlete who isn’t quite hitting their exercise spot and needs some fresh eyes to the post-natal mother working on rehabilitation (& pelvic floor dysfunction) to step back into exercise and feel a bit more You….the ‘I’ve got to get healthy’ kickstart or the person who needs to build some confidence or release some stress. Classes must be pre-booked. If class is fully booked you will be given a place on the waiting/cancellation list. If you cancel within 12 hours of class time or miss a class without cancelling you will be charged full class rate. You must fill in the physical activity questionnaire before you first session.
