All About Me
I am all about moving to feel good, physically and mentally.
My fitness background is in boxing and Thai boxing. I was introduced to boxing at a young age and spent a couple of years in Thailand in my early twenties where the love of boxing solidified. I never enjoyed sparring and never wanted to compete, I simply loved the boxing fitness element of the training - for both the physical and mental health elements.
In 2006 I qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. Over the years I have added a number of qualifications to deepen my knowledge. Becoming an Animal Flow instructor in 2014 gave me new insight into mobility, bodyweight strength and mindfulness in movement. More recently (2025) becoming an Oxygen Advantage Breathwork Practitioner provided a link I didn't know was missing - the umbrella of breathwork that covers both fitness and mental health elements.
Having now almost 20 years' experience, allows me to deliver sessions facilitating ladies reaching their goal, be that physically or physically and mentally driven, and, importantly, learning from and enjoying the journey there. From both a physical and mental health point of view, I am passionate about helping women reach their goals.
