All About Me
My career in health and fitness began in Thailand where I spent some time managing a Thai Boxing School for tourists. On returning to the UK I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist in 2006 and started my personal training business, specialising in training women. I also became the first female trainer at Islington Boxing Club, London, where I was involved with teaching large recreational boxing sessions.
With my fitness background in boxing, I utilised my knowledge to create training sessions incorporating boxing fitness, resistance training and bodyweight exercises, which I found had both physical and mental health benefits to clients. In 2014 I discovered Animal Flow, a ground-based bodyweight movement discipline, which added further dimensions of strength, mobility and mindfulness into sessions.
In 2016 I qualified as a Holistic Core Restore coach®, specialising in post-natal rehabilitation.
From both a physical and mental health point of view, I am passionate about helping women reach their goals.
