Women’s Boxing Fitness

Bognor

With use of the Ockley ABC we have bags and equipment for a fun, full body workout. Learn how to throw a decent punch, partner up for some padwork, leave any stress on the bags and leave with a smile.  The classes generally run as a boxing fitness circuit, for example bag work, pad work, a little cardio, a little resistance or light weights. No experience necessary, suitable for any fitness level.  Minimum age 12.  NB. This class is not suitable for newly post-natal ladies or ladies with pelvic floor instability.

Chichester

Learn a little technique, get a full body workout, build confidence, stress relieve on the pads...and do it with a smile.  This is predominantly a paired padwork class incorporating combos, drills and bodyweight exercises for a fun-filled workout.  No experience necessary, suitable for any fitness level, you work to the level that suits You. Minimum age 12. 

NB. This class is not suitable for newly post-natal ladies or ladies with pelvic floor instability.
