Bootcamp (Online) 45 minutes

Full body workouts in the comfort of your own home.  A mix of bodyweight, resistance and light weights (if you have them) for strength, mobility, cardio...and feel-good factor.  If you don’t have any equipment, don’t worry, we work with what you have. 

Monday & Wednesday 9.00 am (45 minutes) (Max 6 ladies)
