Breathwork

Studying breathwork and becoming an Oxygen Advantage breathwork practitioner has been eye-opening and transformative for me.  On a personal level, having suffered from insomnia since teenage years, it has been nothing short of revolutionary! From a mental health perspective it is an incredible tool for anxiety and stress, and from a physical perspective it has enhanced my training and movement.   I offer one-to-one breathwork sessions online, in your home, or out in nature and walking breathwork sessions.
