Hit & Breathe Woodland Workshop

This workshop is about letting it all go! Boxing fitness combined with relaxing breathwork in a wonderfully healing woodland setting.  The workshop has an absolute focus on mental health.  Basic boxing padwork (you don’t have to have any boxing experience) where you release your stress, followed by soothing breathwork, leaving you calm, relaxed and ready to face the world!

Intro & Stretch

We'll start with an overview of the workshop, detailing what you can expect during our time together. After that, we'll take a moment for some gentle mobility, start to warm up and prepare for the upcoming session.

Hit

​The Hit section is where you can really let go.  Channel your frustrations and stresses on the boxing pads, let it all out on the slam ball  – and take a moment in the active rest periods to reconnect with nature, and simply enjoy the space we’re in.

Breathe

​This is the part where calmness comes into play. Taking some time in the still of the forest to learn various basic breathing techniques through guided exercises and finishing with a relaxation breathwork section.  You'll receive top tips that will help you navigate those moments when truly need it.
